Overview
We now have over 700 employees based at our site in the West Midlands. The warehouse is responsible for holding all products for our UK business. These are stored, processed and then distributed out to our chain of 780+ retail stores. Over 5000 Online and instant ship purchases are picked and shipped daily by our customer fulfilment team. The Reverse Logistics team process or repair all customer returns and faulty handsets, last year alone the team repaired or refurbished more than 1.3million handsets. In addition, we also have a team of over 80 Express Repair Technicians located in stores nationwide.
