Birthday Holiday
We're sure that you will agree that there are better things to do on your birthday than come to work, so since 1st April 2005 all employees have been entitled to an additional day off for their birthday.

23 days' holiday increasing with length of service
Life Assurance
All employees are included in the company's Life Cover plan from your first day at work. In the event of your death, a payment of three times your basic salary will be paid to your nominated beneficiaries. The Income Protection Scheme is currently provided by Norwich Union.
Private Healthcare
The company operates a Private Healthcare Scheme. Everyone is entitled to join the scheme upon completition of their probationay period, subject to a nominal contribution to the cost of the benefit. The Health Care Scheme is currently provided by BUPA).
Income Protection Scheme
Everyone is included in the company Income Protection Scheme after completition of their probationay period. The Scheme is designed to give you long term financial security should you become incapacitated and no longer able to work due to accident or illness.
The Income Protection Scheme is currently provided by- Canada Life previously known as Royal & Sun Alliance
Stakeholder Pension Scheme
It might seem a long way off right now, but when the time comes you'll be glad you provided for your retirement. All employees are eligible to join this pension after 3 months service, and although CPW does not contribute, you have the ability to contribute through payroll deduction to a personal plan with low fund management charges.
Pension Plan
Any employee of Management Level or above are entitled to join the CPW Group Personal Pension Plan upon completition of their probationay period and benefit from a company contribution, together with the ability to contribute monthly through payroll deduction. This plan offers a wide investment choice where most funds have a low fund management charge along with access to external funds with a slightly higher fund management charge.
Voluntary Benefits
